However, as a reseller of third-party leather products, our ability to offer refunds or returns is subject to the policies of the original brand or supplier. Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refund or return requests only in the following cases:

Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Items Not Eligible for Refund
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

We will assess your request and liaise with the supplier where necessary. Refunds are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to resolve legitimate issues fairly.
4. Refund Process
If your request is approved:

You may be asked to return the item at your own cost (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)

A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected

Refunds may take up to 25 business days to process, depending on your payment provider
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, please follow the refund process and place a new order once your refund is approved.
