We source and ship products directly from our suppliers. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will aim to place the supplier order on your behalf as soon as physically possible. You will receive a confirmation once this has been done.

2. Delivery Timeframes

As we rely on third-party suppliers, we cannot guarantee exact delivery timeframes. Delivery times may vary depending on supplier availability, logistics, and the destination country.

We will keep you informed of any known delays and aim to ensure your product arrives in a timely manner.

3. Shipping Costs

Our shipping fees are as follows:

• UK and International Orders (excluding Italy):

  • Orders under £70: £100 shipping fee

  • Orders £70 and above: Free shipping

• Orders from Italy:

  • Orders under £70: £60 shipping fee

  • Orders £70 and above: Free shipping

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and total order value.

4. Customs and Import Duties

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by your local government. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

5. Incorrect Addresses and Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
